A warm welcome awaits you from proprietors Julie and John Matthews at Beechwood Guest House, a period house set on the outskirts of the market town on the River Rase, known as Market Rasen, after it was granted permission to hold markets in the year 1215.

 Beechwood House is one of the oldest houses in the town. It is a reminder of a more 'genteel era'. In yesteryear it was thatched, but it has since been renovated and refurbished, although keeping it's original charm and character.
